Do I have to be a guest of the Marriott Downtown to utilize spa services?

 No. Although we are located inside of the Marriott Downtown, many of our clients live or work in and around the Hartford County area

My gift card/certificate is very old, may I still redeem it?

Yes. There is no expiration on gift cards/certificates and yes we accept gift cards from the GLO Spa formerly located in the Marriott Downtown.

Is parking available?

Yes, hourly parking is available.. A parking garage is attached to the Marriott Downtown so your vehicle stays cool in the summer and protected from the elements during the winter. Valet is also available at the rear entrance of the Marriott for a small additional cost.

Is the pool, hot tub and gym on the same floor as the spa?

Yes, those amenities are available for use at no additional cost before or after any service at Prossage Wellness.

Are you open on Sundays?

Yes, we are open seven days a week. However some services are  available on a limited basis and subject to availability .

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. Appointments may be cancelled or changed up to  24 hours in advance. Cancellation with shorter notice will be charged 50% of service. A no show for an appointment will be charged the full amount of service.
